What is “Conflict Coaching”?

Like “life-coaching,” conflict coaching uses effective coaching practices to empower individuals to navigate a conflict, whether internal or external. In 1:1 coaching sessions, I guide individuals through substantial personal reflection, setting different layers of goals, building relevant skills, and co-creating next steps and accountability. I also offer group workshops on topics related to internal and external conflict, as well as online resources.

Why “Orchid”?

An orchid takes time to grow from scraggly roots and stalk into the beautiful blossoms we love. So, too, do conflicts often take time in messiness and challenge to be navigated and start to transform into a beautiful result. In conflict, the seeds we plant today will eventually grow and bare their fruit, even if we are not always there to see it. I hope to support others in navigating the messiness and planting seeds.
